Our Omnipresence Multifamily Managers take the time to walk through our processes with the Property Owner or Property Manager to create expectations and timelines that are reasonable. Our roofing managers will ensure as little inconvenience to tenants and will keep the work zones tidy and safe.

Our Multifamily department will help you, the property owner or manager, navigate through the insurance claim process, help fill out the proper paperwork and submit a scope for an insurance claim in a timely manner.


Omnipresence Multifamily recommends and offers quality maintenance plans for your long-term convenience and roof reliability. If proactive with a maintenance plan, a multifamily roof can last 21 years or more compared to the normal 13 years without a plan in place. Without maintenance, reactive leak repairs cost you an average of $.25 per square foot per year, compared to proactive maintenance cost of around $.15 per square foot per year. For 10,000 square feet in a 15 year span, that’s a savings of $15,000! I’m sure you have other things to budget that money for!
